1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed once both parties agree on the event date, time, venue, and performance details. A formal written email confirmation or WhatsApp agreement is required.
2. Deposit & Payment
- A refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure the date.
- Payment can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or cash.
3. Cancellation Policy
- In the rare event that we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), we will notify you immediately and do our best to find a suitable replacement or offer a full refund of any payment made.
4. Technical Requirements
- The client is responsible for providing adequate sound and lighting equipment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We must be notified in advance of any specific technical setup, stage size, or performance constraints.
5. Performance Duration & Breaks
- Standard performance duration is as agreed in the booking. Any additional time is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Breaks between sets (if any) will be communicated in advance and coordinated with the event schedule.
6. Travel & Accommodation (if applicable)
- For events outside of Brisbane or requiring late-night travel, travel costs and/or overnight accommodation must be provided or reimbursed by the client.
7. Meals & Refreshments
- For bookings over 3 hours, the client agrees to provide suitable meals and refreshments for all performers.
8. Use of Content
- Photos or videos taken during the performance may be used by Sonalisa Mishra Productions for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
- Likewise, clients are welcome to share media captured at the event, giving appropriate credit where possible.
9. Liability
We take all necessary precautions to ensure a smooth performance. However, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, equipment failure, venue issues).
10. Respect & Professional Environment
We expect a respectful and safe environment for all performers and crew. We reserve the right to end the performance if any inappropriate behavior or unsafe conditions arise.
